Can I get Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care without going back to study?

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) allows your existing early childhood education experience to be assessed against the units that make up Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC50121), without needing to repeat classroom study you have effectively already learned on the job.

Who actually issues the qualification?

FMC is not a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). If your evidence is assessed as meeting the required units, Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care is issued by one of FMC's partner RTOs following a successful competency assessment.
